To answer your question...Yes this does exactly what it looks like it is doing and the name doesn't play any mind games about it. Not only does it have an arrow to draw attention to the area of the effect, it comes right out and says it is a Pooping Puppy. We went from a hen laying eggs to a puppy pooping. Boys especially will have a lot of fun with this one. A snake comes out.....the back and ends with a surprise.
